Orders
All the products displayed at the SHOP are the available products in stock at the moment. Once they are ordered, they are directly packed and shipped to client - this process may take a maximum of 4 days.
“Out of Stock” products can also be ordered, although the customer will have to wait until the production time – approximately 2 weeks.
Shipping costs to Portugal are already added to the product price, other countryes shiping costs still need to be calculated and added to the final price.
Notes
Any damage on the pieces from the delivery process will not be the customer’s responsibility.
In this case a proof of the damage should be send and according to the customer choice: another piece can be shipped or money will be refunded.
